Rates & Disclosures

Last Updated: August 4, 2026

Lending Buddies is an independent lead-generation and matching service. We are not a direct lender, credit provider, or broker. The disclosures below are provided in accordance with federal and state regulations and Google Ads financial product and services policies. All financing offers are extended by participating independent lenders in our network, each of which makes its own credit and underwriting decisions.

1. APR Disclosure

Annual Percentage Rates (APR) available through our network of participating lenders range from 5.99% to 35.99%. The specific APR offered to you depends on the lender's evaluation of your creditworthiness, income, debt-to-income ratio, loan amount, and repayment term, as well as applicable state regulations. Not all applicants will qualify for the lowest rates or for the maximum loan amounts. A higher APR will result in higher monthly payments and a greater total cost of borrowing.

2. Repayment Terms

Repayment terms offered by participating lenders range from 12 to 60 months. The term you are offered may be shorter or longer depending on the lender, the loan amount, your credit profile, and your state of residence. Shorter terms generally carry higher monthly payments but lower total interest costs, while longer terms reduce the monthly payment but increase the total interest paid over the life of the loan.

3. Representative Loan Example

Borrowing $5,000 over 36 months at 5.99% APR

If you borrow $5,000 over a 36-month term with a representative APR of 5.99%, your estimated monthly payment will be $151.65. The total repayment amount will be $5,459.40, including total interest costs of $459.40.

Actual terms offered by network lenders may vary based on creditworthiness and state regulations. This example is for illustrative purposes only and is not a commitment to lend.

4. State Availability Notice

The availability of financing and the specific terms offered by participating lenders may vary by state. Not all lenders in our network operate in every state, and some states impose caps on APR or loan amounts that may affect the offers available to you. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are a resident of a state in which our participating lenders are authorized to operate. If no lender in our network is available in your state, we will make every reasonable effort to inform you.

5. Credit Impact Statement

When you submit a request through Lending Buddies, participating lenders may obtain information about you from consumer reporting agencies such as Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.

Soft Inquiry (No Credit Score Impact)

For pre-qualification and matching purposes, lenders typically perform a soft credit inquiry. A soft inquiry allows a lender to assess your general credit profile without affecting your credit score. Soft inquiries are visible only to you on your credit report and are not visible to other lenders.

Hard Inquiry (May Affect Credit Score)

If you choose to proceed with a specific lender's offer and formally apply for financing, that lender may initiate a hard credit inquiry. A hard inquiry becomes part of your credit report and may temporarily lower your credit score, usually by a few points. You will be notified and must provide explicit consent before any hard inquiry is performed.

We encourage you to review your credit report regularly. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you are entitled to one free credit report from each of the three major bureaus every 12 months at AnnualCreditReport.com.

6. No Guarantee of Approval

Lending Buddies does not guarantee that you will be approved for any loan or that you will receive any specific APR, loan amount, or repayment term. Approval and terms are determined solely by participating lenders based on their own underwriting criteria.

7. No Obligation

Submitting a request through our service is free and carries no obligation to accept any offer. You may decline any offer presented to you at any time before signing a loan agreement with a lender.
